Koldo's Gun Permit That the Civil Guard Considers Revoking

The General Directorate of the Civil Guard is evaluating the possibility of rejecting the renewal of the gun permit requested by Koldo. Koldo, let's remember, is one of the main suspects in the scheme that bears his name. This case is related to the alleged collection of commissions in the purchase of masks during the pandemic and has implicated several ministries.

It should be noted that Koldo García already had a criminal record before the so-called 'Koldo scheme' became public. During his time as a security guard in Pamplona, he was involved in a case of assault on a minor, for which he was fined. Despite this, at that time he had no problems obtaining the renewal of his gun permit.

Koldo's Unprecedented Excuse to Claim the Handwriting Test Could Be Altered

This Tuesday, Koldo García, former advisor to José Luis Ábalos, appeared at the Supreme Court. All to undergo a handwriting test whose objective is to verify the authorship of the documents provided by Víctor de Aldama. The businessman claims Koldo handed him several papers related to alleged irregular public works awards.

The person involved in the case investigating the mask purchase scheme denies that the notes are his. He claims it would be a forgery. But Koldo García has presented several medical reports this Tuesday before the Supreme Court.

With this, he tries to justify that the handwriting test could be altered. This is because more than three years ago he underwent surgery on his right arm. According to him, something that prevents him from writing as easily as five years ago when he is believed to have signed the documents delivered by Aldama.

Koldo, meanwhile, has entered and exited the Supreme Court covering his face. He did so with a black hat, sunglasses, and a neck gaiter.
