The new transfer RTVE is preparing to please Pedro Sánchez

Public television is once again trusting the production company El Terrat, as it did with David Broncano's show.

The public network, RTVE, is already planning to make a new transfer without deviating from the established ideological line.

This involves Andreu Buenafuente, the comedian who is reportedly negotiating to carry out a program on public television, according to the newspaper ABC.

Additionally, this program would also feature Berto Romero. Both have shared the radio show "Nadie sabe nada" since 2013, where they improvise topics proposed by listeners. The program will be weekly, although the day it will air is still unknown.

This way, as RTVE did with David Broncano, it would be placed in the hands of the production company El Terrat. Directed by the comedian and which has achieved good results in the first season of David Broncano.

Let's remember that El Terrat, along with Encofrados Encofrasa, produces La Revuelta.

Inés Hernand Takes the Stage

A clear objective of public television is to take the top spot from El Hormiguero. A program that seems to be a nuisance for Pedro Sánchez due to its criticisms. To counteract this criticism, RTVE is assembling a line-up to try to compete with private television since the arrival of José Pablo López, director of the public entity since late November.

RTVE will entrust Inés Hernand and Alba Carrillo to create a program suitable for Friday's access prime time. This program will also feature the participation of influencer Mariona Casas. According to ABC, the program's recordings have already concluded.

First Broncano and Now RTVE Signs Belén Esteban for Sánchez's New "Sálvame"

Sánchez aims to further strengthen the public network RTVE. Radio Televisión Española has taken a significant step in its programming.

Under the direction of José Pablo López, who recently assumed the presidency of the entity, RTVE has adopted a renewed approach to its public television. This new model places a notable emphasis on entertainment, aiming to compete directly with private networks and become the preferred choice for Spanish viewers.

Specifically, against Ana Rosa Quintana and Sonsoles Ónega, who maintain a tough battle for leadership, in which RTVE now intends to break in. To this end, they have signed Belén Esteban, according to VozPópuli.

The challenge won't be easy. The stagnation that public television in Spain has experienced in recent years isn't so positive.

However, in 2024, RTVE managed to reverse this negative trend, and La 1 stood out as the channel that experienced the greatest growth in audience. Obviously, and in large part, due to the incorporation of David Broncano, the controversial host of La Revuelta. Although this surge is attributed to sporting events like the Euro Cup and the Olympic Games.

Belén Esteban will arrive alongside María Patiño and, presumably, other collaborators. Additionally, the management of Radio Televisión Española will place Marc Giró in the afternoons, following his good work with Late Xou. However, the dates for when the new project will kick off are still unknown.
