EDATV catches the former mayor of La Carolina whose trusted person is charged

The mayor of La Carolina, in Jaén, has spoken. Through a press conference, Cristóbal Pérez denounced the victimizing attitude of the local PSOE leader, Yolanda Reche. An attitude that her party has adopted after the controversial billiard table case became known.

It was a scandal concerning alleged false billing that implicated the former socialist mayor and several of her closest collaborators. Supposedly, it all began when the grandparents at the local pensioners' home informed the current mayor about a billiard table. A table that the former mayor had promised them but never arrived at its destination despite being paid for.

The complaint filed with the Court of First Instance and Instruction number two of La Carolina revealed something unheard of. More specifically, that the invoice for the billiard table supposedly acquired by the town hall lacked a CIF. This made its verification difficult, and the invoice has an amount of 3,241.60 euros.

The truth is that from the Provincial Court of Jaén, only the trusted person of the former mayor, Yolanda Reche, has been charged.

For this reason, EDATV wanted to ask Yolanda Reche, general secretary of the PSOE of La Carolina. She claimed to be happy about the indictment of her trusted person. However, the socialist's attitude changed when she later alleged that she was not a trusted person and described her as a "public employee."

Also, the former mayor assured that as a councilor at that time, despite this, she was not going to assume any political responsibility. And not only that, but she refused to apologize to the elderly who were left without the promised table. Some nerves were demonstrated when Reche said "well, let them buy another one."
