The Danish monarchs are parents of four teenagers and young adults: Christian, who is 19 years old, Princess Isabella, who is 18, and the twins Vincent and Josephine, who are 14. However, despite their age, each one has begun to chart a different path, with very diverse interests and choices.

As we all already know, the firstborn of King Frederik and Queen Mary continues his training in the Armed Forces, following the path of responsibility that corresponds to him. Meanwhile, his sister Isabella is facing her final year at Øregård High School, where she will complete her school education.

Despite the differences in their paths, the four siblings share a common interest: nature and sports. Both they and their parents have shown this passion in the Royal Run, the popular race organized every year by King Frederik.

This bond with nature was also reflected in the program hosted by Søren Vester. In fact, during her interview, Queen Mary proudly presented her private garden, designed with criteria of respect for the environment. She also revealed that this space is one of her children's favorite spots:

"Our children spend a lot of time in nature. I don't think they think: 'Now I'm going out into nature.' They just like to get some fresh air and exercise."
