The entity strengthens its presence at Mobile World Congress 2025 with an unprecedented deployment in Barcelona
The Mobile World Congress 2025 is in full swing in Barcelona, and CaixaBank has become one of the most prominent protagonists of the event. This year, the financial entity has doubled down on its commitment to digital transformation and innovative talent with a reinforced presence at the MWC, the Talent Arena and 4YFN.
Its participation includes an extensive program of activities, presentations and interactive experiences. Additionally, with a special focus on sustainability and the social impact of technology.

CaixaBank and Its Key Role in the Mobile World Congress 2025
As a sponsoring company of the Mobile World Capital Foundation, CaixaBank has taken another step in its commitment to digitalization and sustainable development. For the first time, it has a physical space within the foundation's stand, from where it participates in the Society 5.0 initiative.
This concept proposes a future where technology not only drives efficiency. It aims to also contribute to improving people's quality of life and building more sustainable cities.
In this context, CaixaBank presents an interactive tool designed to raise awareness among citizens about the environmental impact of their consumption decisions. This experience allows individuals to calculate their personal carbon footprint and offers advice for adopting more responsible habits.

Talent Arena 2025, the Great Boost to Digital Talent
CaixaBank has intensified its commitment to emerging talent and digitalization, consolidating its role as the main sponsor of the Talent Arena. This year, this space acquires a new level of relevance by being held outside the MWC venue. This allows for greater participation of professionals and young people interested in the technology sector.
Through workshops, conferences and meetings, CaixaBank facilitates access to job and training opportunities in the digital field. One of the highlights of its programming is the 'Social Talks' conference series. There, three young innovators demonstrate how technology can be a driver of social change.
Guillermo Gauna-Vivas, founder of Ayúdame3D, presents his project of manufacturing and donating 3D-printed prosthetics, making life easier for people with disabilities. Marc Buxaderas, communicator and activist, shares his experience in normalizing cerebral palsy through his outreach projects.

Meanwhile, Ousman Umar, creator of the NGO Feeding Minds, explains how access to education and information in developing countries can reduce the digital divide.
In the Talent Arena, CaixaBank showcases one of its 'ofimóviles', a solution that redefines mobile banking in Spain. This vehicle is equipped with the technology of a conventional bank office. Thus, it allows the entity to bring its services closer to rural areas and ensure financial inclusion.
The ofimóvil features a Smart PC, ATM, recycler, multifunction and financial printers, as well as advanced security systems. Its compact design has required meticulous engineering to integrate all these elements into a reduced space without compromising functionality.

CaixaBank and Its Unconditional Support for Entrepreneurship
In parallel to its participation in the MWC and the Talent Arena, CaixaBank also has a strong presence at 4 Years From Now (4YFN). This is the key event for startups and entrepreneurs within the congress.
Additionally, CaixaBank organizes informative sessions and meetings with investors. This facilitates strategic connections for the growth of new companies. The combination of technology, financing and the drive for innovation makes its presence a key piece in its strategy of supporting entrepreneurship.
