'La Caixa' Foundation Achieved 42,555 Job Placements in 16,652 Companies in 2024

This achievement has been possible thanks to the support of 16,652 companies committed to social responsibility.

The Incorpora program of the "la Caixa" Foundation has facilitated 42,555 job placements for people in vulnerable situations during 2024, reinforcing its effectiveness in the field of labor integration. This achievement has been made possible thanks to the support of 16,652 companies committed to social responsibility, according to the CaixaBank Foundation.

Despite economic recovery and record employment levels, access to the labor market remains unequal. Various groups face greater difficulties in finding employment and developing productive activities due to socioeconomic factors, health, origin, disability, cultural diversity, age, or lack of training or accreditation, among others.

To overcome the visible and invisible barriers that hinder access to employment for people in or at risk of social exclusion, the "la Caixa" Foundation launched the Incorpora Program in 2006, with the aim of improving their socio-labor integration.

The success of the integration processes promoted by Incorpora depends on the collaboration of 487 social entities distributed throughout the territory. Through the 1,182 job orientation and prospecting technicians, personalized itineraries are designed that assess each person's potential, foster their autonomy, and promote their active participation to improve their employability.

Training to improve employability

With the aim of improving the employability of the most vulnerable people in terms of employment, the program promotes training actions, with the active participation of companies.

The Incorpora Training Points design training programs that develop transversal skills and technical-professional training for the most vulnerable people. These actions take into account the specific needs of the local business sector, in order to generate real opportunities for insertion in the areas with the highest demand for employment by companies.

The Incorpora program collaborates with hundreds of social entities throughout Spain. In 2024, a total of 1,793 companies participated directly in the 307 training actions organized, benefiting 5,607 people. Companies are involved in the entire process, from defining the content to delivering the technical training and conducting non-labor practices.

Digital skills are essential for access to employment, so to reduce the digital divide for the most vulnerable people in their job search, the "la Caixa" Foundation and the Accenture Foundation launched the Working in Digital training. In 2024, more than 7,500 people participated in this program, improving their digital skills.

Incorpora: a collaboration model that transforms lives

The Incorpora program of the "la Caixa" Foundation has as its main objective to promote the labor inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion.

Since its inception in 2006, more than 438,000 people in vulnerable situations have managed to access employment thanks to Incorpora. This success has been possible thanks to the network work of nearly 500 social entities and the collaboration of more than 96,000 socially responsible companies from various sectors, which see in the Incorpora Program an opportunity to strengthen their corporate social responsibility through labor integration.
