Despite the difficult context, Subway has launched something new that's generating a lot of buzz. From June 12 to June 30, customers can enjoy a second sandwich for just $1 more. This promotion aims to restore public trust and position itself as an irresistible option for those seeking a quick, tasty, and fresh meal during the hot season.

A well-thought-out summer strategy

The offer is set in a season when trips to the beach, parks, and outdoor gatherings are common. Subway knows this and has aimed to be the ideal companion for those plans. Eating a well-prepared sandwich, with fresh ingredients and alongside your loved ones, is the perfect scene for this summer.

The offer consists of buying a "footlong" (12 in.[30 cm]) sandwich and getting a second one for just one more dollar. This Subway promotion lets you combine different menu options, both chef creations and personalized ones. However, the more expensive sandwich will be charged at full price, as All Recipes notes.

To access this benefit, customers need to place their order through Subway's official app or website. In addition, they must enter the promotional code "BOGO1" during checkout. The offer is reserved for members of the Subway MVP Rewards loyalty program, which is free and quick to activate.

Some restrictions, but plenty of flavor

Not all Subway menu options are included in this promotion. Some specialties, such as "The Beast" (the famous five-meat sandwich) and the Garlic Roast Beef, are excluded from this campaign. The same goes for "Footlong" snacks, which aren't included this time.

However, that hasn't dampened the enthusiasm of the chain's fans. Sandwiches like the BLT, the Baja Chipotle Chicken, or the classic Meatball Marinara are part of the offer.
