Africa Fernández is a journalist with a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) in Tarragona. Despite her youth, she already has a solid track record in the audiovisual field thanks to her work at the prestigious production company Minoria Absoluta, as well as her time in the newsroom at E-Notícies. Her love for television and film is undeniable, as is her passion for fashion. However, there is one field that fascinates her above all: consumer trends in the United States.

Her true obsession is staying up to date with news and deals from supermarkets and fast food chains, especially those in the United States. Companies like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Target, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, and Burger King… Africa follows them closely, tracks every update, and analyzes each move — from product launches to store closures and strategic shifts. Nothing escapes her radar.

Passionate about telling stories that connect with people, she believes knowledge is infinite and that one should never stop learning. With her fresh and direct style, she has become an essential voice for understanding how we consume and where we are headed. At EDATV.News, Africa brings you the most surprising stories from the world of consumerism, with a special focus on everything happening across the Atlantic.

Write about: Consumer affairs.
