Víctor de Aldama Reveals Why He Hasn't Released the Evidence Against the Government
The businessman has explained why he can't reveal all the evidence against Sánchez's government
Businessman Víctor de Aldama appears again in an interview, this time on Horizonte, with Iker Jiménez. The businessman is at the center of the corruption scandal involving several ministers and high-ranking officials in Pedro Sánchez's government. During the Thursday night interview, the 'Koldo plot' middleman revealed why he hasn't brought to light the rest of the evidence against the government.
Iker Jiménez asked the controversial businessman what everyone has wondered before: Why doesn't he present strong evidence against Sánchez's government? Aldama himself explained it well.

In reply to the Horizonte host's question, the businessman replied as follows:
Of course there are other pieces of evidence, which are much more sensitive. I have to present myself to the Prosecutor's Office for those. Because if right now my life is in danger, as I've said on several occasions, it will be much more after presenting that evidence. I want to do things right.
Meanwhile, Aldama claims he fears for his life, as he has been the target of multiple threats. He also emphasizes that they have gone against him in "...an unprecedented way. To the point of managing to destroy my life, put me in prison, and make an entire country think I was a criminal and a liar."
The businessman let it be known that, after his public appearances and his collaboration with Justice, it has been shown that reality is not as the government has tried to portray. In this regard, Aldama concludes that he has strong evidence, but he will reveal it as he sees fit, for his safety, and due to the seriousness of the case.
Aldama is the key piece that could bring down Ábalos before the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has issued an order requiring, through his legal representation, businessman Víctor de Aldama to provide detailed information. This is related to key aspects related to the investigation for alleged corruption involving former Transport Minister José Luis Ábalos.
This requirement is part of the preliminary proceedings aimed at clarifying the extent of the relationships between Ábalos and his former advisor Koldo García.
The order sets a ten-day term for Aldama to present a list of the apartments. According to his statements, he would have facilitated these for meetings attended by Ángel Víctor Torres, current Minister of Territorial Policy, Koldo García, and José Luis Ábalos himself in Madrid.
The Supreme Court demands specific details about the dates of the rental contracts, duration of the stays, and payments made for these properties.
Additionally, the court requests Aldama to report if payments were made to the "ladies" mentioned in his statement. If so, he must identify who was responsible for those disbursements. This aspect could shed light on possible fund diversion schemes or irregular practices in the former minister's environment.
