They Request a Handwriting Test for Sánchez's Brother for the Handwritten Reports
The signature and the dates written in pen on a report that arrived at the Legislature have raised alarms
Sánchez's brother is back in the spotlight. The news that this outlet reported on regarding the delivery of handwritten dated reports is the reason for this request. The Manos Limpias collective has sent a new document to the Investigative Court Number 3 of Badajoz.
In it, they request the judge to carry out new proceedings. This request comes after it was revealed that Luis Carrero, former Moncloa advisor, delivered the labor reports to the Legislature. The report was handwritten and signed by Sánchez's brother.
The same person who made the delivery when the Culture official was not in his office.

The union, which leads the legal direction of the popular accusations in the case against Sánchez's brother, has found this alarming. Therefore, they have requested the magistrate to issue an order to the UCO to conduct a handwriting analysis of the submitted documents. The goal is to determine if the signatures on the reports were made annually or if they were created on a single occasion.
Additionally, the popular accusation has expressed their "astonishment" at the statements of the Culture official, Manuel Candalija. Who claimed that these documents were not sent until February 3, when the judge had already requested them.
For this reason, they request that the Legislature clarify if before that date they were aware of "the activities allegedly carried out by Mr. David Sánchez." Also, if there was any document detailing the functions performed by him during the years he worked for the institution.

According to the document, advanced by La Razón, they also request the indictment of the former Presidency worker for his role as a collaborator of David Sánchez.
The Unusual Delivery of the Folder of Sánchez's Brother's Advisor with Handwritten Reports
Last Tuesday we learned who delivered the documents dated and signed with a pen.
Luis Carrero, former Moncloa advisor who worked for David Sánchez, is back in focus. A document sent to the Investigative Court Number 3 of Badajoz points to Carrero. These are eight documents reporting on the services provided since 2017 by Sánchez's brother.
These documents were signed by hand and were not sent by digital means that would allow recording the date of issuance or receipt. But the rarity of it all lies in how those documents were delivered.
The Director of the Area of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Legislature of Badajoz has created more controversy.
Manuel Candalija has replied to this judicial request by issuing a report, dated February 17, 2025, which has already been submitted to the court. He states that "the eight documents referred to by the order were deposited inside a physical folder on my desk. It was on the morning of February 3, 2025, without me being present at that time."
Candalija points directly to the Moncloa advisor:
"This delivery was later confirmed by Luis Carrero Pérez. Who currently holds the position of Head of the Section of Coordination of Cross-Border Activities Centers and Programs on a commission basis."
The delivery took place during an administrative transition period in the institution. In which the then Head of the Performing Arts Office, David Sánchez, was absent.
That is, those documents were delivered without Candalija being present in his office. Something that raises suspicions due to the secrecy of that delivery.
