They release those detained in Algeciras with the computer of Ayuso's boyfriend's lawyer.

The suspects, two women aged 20 and 66 and a 42-year-old man, all Moroccan, were attempting to take the material to Morocco for sale.

The judge has ordered the release of the three detainees in Algeciras for the theft of the lawyer Alberto González Amador's computer.

The suspects, two women aged 20 and 66 and a 42-year-old man, all Moroccan, were attempting to take the material to Morocco for sale.

The theft occurred at the home of Guadalupe Sánchez, in Guardamar del Segura (Alicante), who reported that the computer contained sensitive data.

After being intercepted in Algeciras, the detainees were released with precautionary measures such as the prohibition to leave Spain.

Additionally, they must appear in court every fifteen days while the investigation for the crime against property continues.

Among the recovered items, the Civil Guard identified a tablet belonging to one of the lawyer's children and other stolen devices.

The investigation also links this theft to other break-ins involving people close to González Amador, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

In recent months, forced entries have been reported at the homes of another lawyer and the architect of the Madrid president.

The architect reported the break-in at his residence, while González Amador reported a theft from his vehicle recently.

Meanwhile, González Amador filed a complaint against the Prosecutor's Office for the disclosure of confidential data in his case for alleged fraud.

The Supreme Court is investigating the Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, for breach of secrets following González Amador's complaint.

The chief prosecutor of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, and the deputy prosecutor Diego Villafañe are also under investigation for the same case.

The three detainees in Algeciras claimed to be unaware of the exact content of the material, but authorities point to intentions of resale.

The recovered devices will be analyzed to verify if there was unauthorized access to the information stored on them.

The Civil Guard doesn't rule out more arrests or links between these events and other networks dedicated to the theft and trafficking of electronic devices.

The case has highlighted the risks of sensitive information theft in environments linked to public figures and their associates.

Authorities emphasize the importance of strengthening the security of those professionals who handle confidential data in legal processes.

The operation in Algeciras allowed the recovery of the stolen material, but the case will remain under judicial and police monitoring in the coming months.

The situation underscores the need for collaboration between security forces and justice to prevent similar acts in the future.

The detainees must comply with the measures imposed by the judge while the investigation progresses and the criminal acts are clarified.
