This is the official pointed out by the judge investigating Sánchez's brother
The magistrate points to Juana Cintas, Human Resources director
Sánchez's brother is once again the protagonist. The judge investigating him, Beatriz Biedma, has issued a ruling where she points to the musician David Sánchez. In it, she states that "everything seems to indicate that the position was created to be assigned to Mr. Sánchez".
In that same document, the magistrate points to Juana Cintas, director of Human Resources. Supposedly, she had a "participation consisting of giving the administrative procedure the appearance of legality, which aimed at appointing Mr. Sánchez as senior management staff".
Also "to the subsequent accommodation of his job position to his personal preferences. Specifically, his opera project to which he already referred in the documentation submitted to access the position".

Returning to Sánchez, he theorizes that it will be known about "the unnecessariness of his functions very soon. Since it was not arranged for him to be replaced by another worker during his leave of absence and paternity leave".
In addition to that, she points out that "the existing indications of criminality have been corroborated by the investigative proceedings already carried out". The judge supports the theory that, from the beginning, there has been favoritism toward Sánchez's brother.
Furthermore, Biedma has requested the Presidency of the Government to detail, "as soon as possible", the positions held by Luis María Carrero. Let's remember that he was the former Moncloa advisor who exchanged emails with David Sánchez. This request is part of the investigation into his professional career, which led him to work alongside the brother of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez.
The judge handling the case continues with the investigations to clarify how Luis María Carrero obtained his current position in the Diputación de Badajoz. Also to find out if his relationship with David Sánchez could have influenced his hiring.

According to the investigation, Carrero was already in contact with the musician months before joining the regional institution. Additionally, emails seized by the Central Operational Unit of the Civil Guard show that, while still working for the Presidency of the Government, he carried out various tasks for David Sánchez.
David Sánchez contacted Luis María Carrero, a Moncloa official. He did so with the aim of having his operas funded with European funds.
The UCO found these emails in their investigation, and they confirm that the official advised Sánchez's brother.
Months after the relationship between the two began, Carrero requested to be transferred to the provincial corporation in Badajoz.
