The other public entity that must be accountable to the judge in the case of Sánchez's brother

The judge's new key step corners Sánchez's brother and PSOE

The brother of the Prime Minister, musician David Sánchez, is against the ropes. The judge investigating him for several alleged crimes has been forceful after concluding that everything points to a position being created exclusively for Pedro Sánchez's brother.

Judge Beatriz Biedma, head of the Court of Instruction number 3 of Badajoz, has requested the Teatro Real to explain the reasons why David Sánchez was hired as an advisor. She has also requested information from the Palacio de La Moncloa about a presidential advisor who performed functions as David Sánchez's secretary.

These proceedings have been agreed upon in reply to a series of requests submitted by popular accusations, including the union Manos Limpias. The judicial resolution comes after the Provincial Court of Badajoz has ratified the judge's action for the second time, thus allowing the investigation to continue and rejecting its dismissal.

According to El Debate, David Sánchez was hired as an advisor to the Teatro Real at a time when public funding for the institution experienced an increase. The management of the Teatro Real has argued that this budget increase was due to the installation of photovoltaic panels on the building's roofs. They also claim that it was unrelated to Sánchez's incorporation.

The judge, who is investigating the brother of the Prime Minister, has requested the Teatro Real to explain the reasons for his hiring. Additionally, to detail the salary he receives for his work as an advisor.

She has also requested information from the Palacio de La Moncloa about Luis María Carrero Pérez. He is an official who worked at the presidential headquarters and currently holds a key position as David Sánchez's assistant in the Diputación de Badajoz.

These requests are part of the ongoing investigation, with the aim of clarifying possible irregularities in the hiring of the President's brother.

The devastating ruling of the judge on Sánchez's brother and his position in the Diputación

Sánchez's brother continues to generate controversy. Judge Beatriz Biedma, who is behind the investigation cornering musician David Sánchez, has issued a devastating ruling.

Added to that, it points out that "the existing indications of criminality have been corroborated by the investigative proceedings already carried out" | EDATV

In the document, Judge Biedma states that "everything seems to indicate that the position was created to be assigned to Mr. Sánchez," she explains. Thus, emphasis is placed on "the unnecessary nature of his functions very soon, as it was not arranged for him to be replaced by another worker during his leave of absence and paternity leave."

This way, she would be suggesting that Sánchez's brother allegedly accessed his position in the Diputación de Badajoz through favoritism.

In addition, she points out that "the existing indications of criminality have been corroborated by the investigative proceedings already carried out." The judge theorizes that, from the beginning, there has been favoritism toward Sánchez's brother.
