Mazón presents the Business Channel to streamline bureaucracy and business attention
The Valencian president has highlighted that, thanks to digitalization, in just 15 days, 46,000 direct aids have been paid to those affected by the floods.
The president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, has presented the Canal Empresa, a virtual one-stop shop aimed at simplifying and speeding up administrative procedures for businesses and citizens. The platform incorporates Artificial Intelligence to offer personalized real-time assistance, facilitating access to the administration and reducing waiting times.
A more agile and accessible Administration
Mazón has highlighted that the launch of this channel fulfills his legislative commitment and represents a key advancement within the Plan Simplifica, which has already allowed for the modification of 28 laws, 46 decrees, and 448 articles to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles.
"The Administration can't be an incomprehensible maze that discourages investment and generates insecurity," he stated.
As an example of the impact of these measures, he pointed out that the processing time for a disability degree certificate has decreased from more than two years to just two months.
Technology and simplification to improve management
The Canal Empresa will allow:
To simplify and speed up procedures for businesses and entrepreneurs.
To unify criteria and procedures in the administration.
To facilitate access to information on aids and subsidies.
To integrate the procedures of all local entities in the Comunitat Valenciana.
To offer assistance with an AI-based chatbot that solves doubts in real-time.
Impact on social and economic aids
Administrative simplification will also benefit the management of social policies, such as dependency, the Valencian Inclusion Income, or the young rental voucher. Mazón has highlighted that, thanks to digitalization, in just 15 days, 46,000 direct aids have been paid to those affected by the floods, and in 10 days, aids have been paid to self-employed individuals without employees.
