The Blow from the Magistrate of Sánchez's Brother's Case to a Former Judge
Luis Sáenz de Tejada Vallejo requests to appear in the case of Sánchez's brother despite having been convicted
Judge Beatriz Biedma has decided that Luis Sáenz de Tejada Vallejo, the former judge in question, doesn't have a legitimate interest in the case. The same one being investigated by the Investigative Court 3 of Badajoz, which is why his request to join the case has been denied.
This investigation is focused on the hiring of David Sánchez, Sánchez's brother, by the Legislature of Badajoz in 2017. On the development of his work until his recent resignation.

Sáenz de Tejada was convicted of gender violence. Additionally, he has a YouTube channel where he criticizes the judge.
Well, he submitted a request to be part of the process. However, the magistrate asked him to justify his legitimate interest in the investigation and requested a bond of 10,000 euros, the same amount required of the other popular accusations.
In his writing, the former judge, who currently presents himself as a lawyer, argued that his motivation was to contribute to the fight against corruption. He assured that as a citizen he has the right to ensure the protection of public funds. He also highlighted his history of complaints against corruption since 2013 and his creation of an association to combat it.

However, the judge reminded that Sáenz de Tejada had been expelled from the judiciary. This occurred after being sentenced in 2017 to a prison term for intentional crimes, which was reflected in the BOE.
Likewise, she pointed out that in his "fight" against corruption, the former judge has filed legal actions not only against the professionals involved. But also against the members of the CGPJ who decided his dismissal as a magistrate.
The Fortune Earned by Sánchez's Brother Who Continues to Be Paid by the Legislature
David Sánchez, brother of Pedro Sánchez, despite not attending his position, continues to receive his salary as an employee of the institution.
This fact has caused controversy, as it is under judicial investigation for alleged irregularities in his hiring. Judge Beatriz Biedma, from the Investigative Court number 3 of Badajoz, continues to investigate how the position he occupies was created.
David Sánchez requested leave shortly after appearing before the judge, citing health problems. However, his absence has reinforced suspicions about his employment relationship with the Legislature of Badajoz and the usefulness of the position he held.
The truth is that David Sánchez, even having unilaterally resigned from his position at the Legislature of Badajoz, continues to be talked about. It has been revealed that the Legislature of Badajoz decided to expand the Opera project of Sánchez's brother.
An expansion that coincided precisely while in the midst of an investigation and during a UCO raid. Specifically, the project expansion was signed on July 18 of last year by José María S. S., from the central services of Culture, Sports, and Youth.
That same day, the investigating judge sent UCO agents from the Armed Institute for the second time to search the offices of the Legislature of Badajoz.
However, EDATV has investigated how much Sánchez's brother has earned with that position, which, according to him, he accessed thanks to Google. The sum of money amounts to 273,074.33 euros gross from July 2017 to March 2024. They are distributed over eight fiscal years that do not add up to eight full years.
The breakdown of the amount even shows the change in nomenclature in Sánchez's brother's position. In 2017 as a coordinator of activities in conservatories, he pocketed 22,603.82 euros, which makes 3,942.53 euros gross per month.
In 2018 there is an increase of 0.25% from July to December. This translated into 48,044.24 euros gross per year, reaching the figure of 4,020.13 euros gross per month.
The barrier of 4,000 euros gross per month would not drop in the rest of the years; on the contrary, that figure has increased. In 2019 and 2020 were the last years as a coordinator of activities in conservatories. This meant he earned 4,111.85 euros gross per month the first year, and in 2020 it was 4,194.12.
From this date, the change in nomenclature appears, and he becomes the head of the Performing Arts Office. From 2021 to March 2024, he earns an annual gross of 36,645.65 euros, 54,136.32, and 11,919.73 euros respectively.
All this adds up to 273,074.33 euros. In the document from which these data are revealed, the leaves of absence from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021, are also noted. In addition to the 16-week paternity leave that is also reflected.
