This is the exorbitant amount that UGT and CCOO accumulate in assets
The unions, with more than 140 million in assets, receive million-dollar aid from Sánchez's government.
The UGT and CCOO unions, closely linked to Pedro Sánchez's government, will mobilize this Sunday against PP and Vox.
In their speech, they accused them of being an "unsupportive" right-wing, despite the figures showing that the unions have a much greater wealth than both parties.
According to official balances, UGT and CCOO accumulate more than 140 million euros in assets. This figure more than doubles the economic resources of PP and Vox, which together amount to approximately 68 million euros.
The millionaire public subsidies have strengthened the unions' accounts, allowing them to operate with enviable financial stability.
Growing financial support
The asset growth of UGT and CCOO is no coincidence. During Pedro Sánchez's governments, subsidies to these organizations have steadily increased.
Both in the coalition with Podemos and the current one with Sumar, the unions have seen their income from public money increase.
The Executive's support for the unions has been evident. This financial backing has allowed UGT to have a net worth exceeding 62 million euros.

Meanwhile, CCOO adds more than 80 million, although the lack of transparency in some of its federations prevents knowing the exact figure.
An unprecedented demonstration
Sunday's protest marked an unusual event in Spanish politics. Traditionally, unions have pressured governments to adopt social and labor measures.
However, on this occasion, UGT and CCOO directed their attacks toward the opposition parties.
The trigger was PP and Vox's rejection of the omnibus decree, which the government couldn't pass in Congress due to the lack of support from Junts.
Despite the fact that the independentists' refusal was key in the decree's downfall, the unions preferred to focus their criticism on the right.
PSOE avoided attacking Junts, its partner in Parliament, and diverted attention toward PP. Following that line, UGT and CCOO organized the mobilization to hold the opposition responsible for the legislative blockade.
The decree and its controversial measures
The rejected decree included three key measures. The first was the revaluation of pensions, used as the main argument for the union demonstration.
Additionally, it contained the transfer of a mansion in Paris to PNV and new regulations that benefited squatting.
Despite Junts being the party that blocked the decree, PSOE managed to negotiate with them later to approve the essential measures.
Finally, PP also decided to support the new decree, although their vote was no longer decisive.
Union wealth versus the "unsupportive" right
UGT and CCOO have insisted that PP and Vox represent an "unsupportive" right and "favorable to those who have the most." However, the unions themselves enjoy a privileged financial position thanks to public aid.

The accounts published by UGT reflect that the union possesses assets worth more than 79 million euros. In the case of CCOO, the balances of its known federations indicate that they exceed 80 million euros.
Comparatively, PP has assets of 61.1 million and Vox with 6.8 million. Thus, the unions that attacked the right in their demonstration possess twice the wealth of the parties they criticize.
PSOE, leader in assets
Among political parties, Pedro Sánchez's PSOE tops the list of the wealthiest. Its net worth amounts to 107.7 million euros, far above PP.
The total assets of the socialist party exceed 160 million, consolidating its financial position.
This reality contrasts with the discourse of UGT and CCOO, which accuse the opposition of representing economic elites.
While they criticize PP and Vox, the unions and PSOE handle figures that place them in a position of clear economic advantage within the Spanish political landscape.
