The discovery by the judge investigating Aldama that involves Sánchez's officials
This information was already explained by the businessman himself
Víctor de Aldama continues to make headlines. The judge investigating him in the hydrocarbons scheme has made a discovery. It allegedly involves high-ranking officials of Pedro Sánchez's socialist government.
This has been confirmed by Okdiario. Allegedly, the disappearance of WhatsApp messages on the businessman's phone has been detected. According to the media, they were supposedly sent by high-ranking officials of Pedro Sánchez's government.
The IT specialists of the National Court have informed magistrate Santiago Pedraz, of the Central Court of Instruction number 5. They have warned that several messages from Aldama's mobile are not accessible due to "a key problem." Meanwhile, the businessman claimed that his device contained highly relevant information about the PSOE.
The Central Operative Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard has been examining the electronic devices seized in the judicial searches related to Víctor de Aldama for months. One of these analyzes, included in a report in the Koldo case file, allegedly revealed that the businessman maintained ties with influential figures in both Spanish and foreign institutions.
Additionally, the investigation determined that Aldama performed diplomatic tasks for Pedro Sánchez's government without being part of the official body. The agents also concluded that his level of access and penetration within the General State Administration was significant.
This discovery mentioned was already mentioned by Aldama himself, as previously stated. In a document sent to the courts accessed by this outlet, Aldama's interest in continuing to collaborate with Justice is shown.
The PSOE's desire
The tensions between the socialist formation and the businessman have been gradually increasing. They have done so to the point that the PSOE requested Aldama's imprisonment.
However, judge Pedraz has rejected the PSOE's request to order Aldama's provisional detention without bail. He is being investigated for alleged fraud in the payment of hydrocarbon taxes.
In a ruling, the magistrate argued that there are no new data or relevant facts that justify the review of the precautionary measure already adopted. The PSOE alleged that the reasons that led to Aldama's release in November had been "discredited," putting the investigation at risk. However, the judge maintained that, to modify a freedom measure, it is essential to present new elements that support such a decision.
