The judge's devastating car about Sánchez's brother and his position in the Diputación
Biedma claims that 'everything seems to indicate that the position was created to be assigned to Mr. Sánchez'
Sánchez's brother continues to generate controversy. Judge Beatriz Biedma, who is behind the investigation that is closing in on musician David Sánchez, has issued a devastating ruling.
In the document, Judge Biedma states that "everything seems to indicate that the position was created to be assigned to Mr. Sánchez," she explains. Thus, emphasis is placed on "the unnecessary nature of his functions very soon, as no replacement was arranged during his leave of absence and paternity leave."
This way, it would suggest that Sánchez's brother allegedly accessed his position in the Diputación de Badajoz through favoritism.
Additionally, she points out that "the existing indications of criminality have been corroborated by the investigative procedures already carried out." The judge theorizes that, from the beginning, there has been favoritism toward Sánchez's brother.

Furthermore, she also points to Juana Cintas, director of Human Resources. Allegedly, she had a "participation consisting of giving an appearance of legality to the administrative procedure that aimed to appoint Mr. Sánchez as senior management personnel."
Also "to the subsequent accommodation of his job position to his personal preferences. Specifically, his opera project to which he already referred in the documentation submitted to access the position."

The Moncloa Advisor
In addition, Biedma has requested the Presidency of the Government to detail, "as soon as possible," the positions held by Luis María Carrero. He is a former Moncloa advisor who exchanged emails with David Sánchez. The request is part of the investigation into his professional career, which led him to work alongside the brother of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez.
The judge handling the case continues with the inquiries to clarify how Luis María Carrero, former Moncloa advisor, obtained his current position in the Diputación de Badajoz. Additionally, if his relationship with David Sánchez, the brother of the President of the Government, could have influenced his hiring.
According to the investigation, Carrero was already in contact with the musician months before joining the regional institution. Furthermore, emails seized by the Central Operational Unit of the Civil Guard show that, while still working for the Presidency of the Government, he performed various tasks for David Sánchez.
