Complaints about Sánchez's brother's chaotic preparation in his opera debut

Sánchez's brother is once again making headlines. New emails seized at the request of Judge Biedma highlight the complications in the launch of Sánchez's brother's Young Opera project in 2019.

The other public entity that must answer to the judge in the case of Sánchez's brother

The brother of the Prime Minister, musician David Sánchez, is against the ropes. The judge investigating him for several alleged crimes has been forceful after concluding that everything points to a position being created exclusively for Pedro Sánchez's brother.

Judge Beatriz Biedma, head of the Court of Instruction number 3 of Badajoz, has requested the Teatro Real to explain the reasons why David Sánchez was hired as an advisor. She has also requested information from the Palacio de La Moncloa about a presidential advisor who performed functions as David Sánchez's secretary.

These proceedings have been agreed upon in reply to a series of requests presented by the popular accusations, including the Manos Limpias union. The judicial resolution comes after the Provincial Court of Badajoz has ratified the judge's action for the second time. Thus allowing the investigation to continue and rejecting its closure.

According to El Debate, David Sánchez was hired as an advisor to the Teatro Real at a time when public funding to the institution experienced an increase.
