Monedero allegedly invoiced a total of 425,150 euros to the governments of Bolivia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Ecuador.
Monedero continues to make headlines. Despite the time that has passed, the company that Juan Carlos Monedero created in 2013 is allegedly still active. This company, Caja de Resistencia Motiva 2 Producciones S.L., was purportedly established to receive payments from the Chavista regime in Venezuela for supposed advisory work.
This is confirmed by The Objective. From Caracas, as well as from other Latin American governments, the company has allegedly received payments exceeding 425,000 euros, according to the mentioned newspaper.
In 2013, Monedero allegedly invoiced a total of 425,150 euros to the governments of Bolivia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Ecuador, using the company he had previously created.

This money correplied to a supposed study on the creation of a common currency in Latin America. This is explained by the media. It was allegedly a commission made by left-wing governments, aligned with the political project that Monedero was developing with the idea of launching Podemos.

Iglesias and Montero Cornered
The co-founder of the purple party has sent messages to his close circle in which he claims to have screenshots that would disprove the official version of Podemos's leadership.
According to Monedero, these messages would demonstrate that Pablo Iglesias and Irene Montero are not telling the whole truth. This, regarding the tensions that have marked their relationship with the party since the spring of 2023.

In one of his statements, he hints at a warning. He hopes not to be forced to disclose that evidence to dismantle what he considers a manipulation of the facts.
The conflict arises after statements by Ione Belarra, who claimed that Monedero was removed from the party as soon as certain complaints about his conduct became known. However, internal sources assure that his departure from the Instituto República y Democracia, linked to Podemos, occurred before the 2023 general elections. Meanwhile, his separation was not motivated by those accusations.
All of this, according to what has been published by the digital ABC.
