The Brutal Rebuke of Sánchez by a Lady: 'With Franco...'
"This situation is worse than Franco's post-war period that they have criticized so much"
The popularity of Pedro Sánchez's Government is plummeting. People are clearly outraged with the management of the socialist president who, to stay in La Moncloa, made deals with pro-ETA and Catalan separatists. At EDATV, we know that people's opinions matter, so we went out to the streets to ask citizens what they think about the reality of Spain.
This time, we asked, "Why do people vote for PSOE?" The reply from people was almost along the same lines. Especially among the elderly, the opinion is very similar.

EDATV had the fortune to speak with a lady who lived through Francisco Franco's Government. What she told us won't please socialists.
The woman, outraged with Sánchez's Government, assured EDATV's camera the following:
This situation is worse than Franco's post-war period that they have criticized so much. We had absolute freedom (...) I found myself with full freedom, and it turns out that what he did was unite the Spaniards.
Regarding the central question of the street survey, the lady told us that she "believes people vote for PSOE out of personal interest." She explained it by referring to the government aid received in Andalusia.
She also stated that "this Government is taking us to a Venezuelan or Cuban situation." Additionally, she left a clear message for Pedro Sánchez:
If they don't vote for you, there must be a reason.
In this regard, the woman also expressed her indignation over the Government's deals with pro-ETA and Catalan separatists.
This is a disaster, a real disaster.
The streets erupt over the charges looming over PSOE
Pedro Sánchez's PSOE is going through some of the most delicate moments. The indictment of Cristina Álvarez, Begoña Gómez's advisor in Moncloa, has been announced. This decision has been made by Juan Carlos Peinado, the judge investigating Begoña Gómez in the corruption case bearing the same name.
La calle estalla ante las imputaciones que acechan al PSOE
The indictment of her advisor is due to her alleged involvement in the dealings related to the chair at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). More specifically, there are four charges: alleged influence peddling, corruption between individuals, professional intrusion, and embezzlement.
