The Magdalena 2025 Bullfighting Fair will feature an exceptional program, including five bullfights, with prominent names such as Roca Rey, Morante de la Puebla, Talavante, Tomás Rufo, Daniel Luque, Sebastián Castella, and Pablo Aguado. Additionally, there will be a novillada with picadors, a novillada without picadors, and a practical class.
As the main novelty, an extraordinary bullfight has been announced for June 28, coinciding with the Sant Pere del Grau festivities, which have a long bullfighting tradition.
"We're very proud of this novelty, which reinforces our commitment to combining tradition and cultural dynamization for the benefit of our city," noted Carrasco.
Carrasco thanked the effort of the company managing the Plaza de Toros, led by Alberto Ramírez, for bringing the main figures of the ranking to Castellón and projecting the city's name nationally and internationally. She also highlighted the work of the Real Casino Antiguo as the venue for significant events, like this presentation.
The mayor invited everyone to participate in "les millors festes del món," highlighting the importance of the Bullfighting Fair as an integral part of Castellón's founding festivities and as a symbol of tradition, culture, and economic reactivation.
This year's poster image, depicting a bull, is the work of Castellón sculptor Juan Ripollés, adding an artistic touch to the promotion of this emblematic event.
