This is how Santiago Abascal has gained the support of the international right
Vox's president has managed to form alliances with the most prominent right-wing leaders in America
Santiago Abascal, president of VOX, has stood out over the past year for his impressive international political agenda. The head of the green party managed to become a political reference in Europe and the American continent. Sources have assured EDATV that the expansion vision was the idea of the Basque leader, who has won the trust and hearts of leaders worldwide.
From VOX, they have explained to this media outlet that, Abascal realized that the cultural battle wasn't fought from Spain exclusively, but went much further. Or as Santiago himself reportedly said at the time: 'A globalist attack must be met with a reply of the same size.'

Abascal understood that the network of international alliances was key to putting Spain in the international spotlight. And he did it. The president of VOX managed to bring the international press's attention to the corruption scandal involving the wife of the Prime Minister, Begoña Gómez.
But not only her, it has been a media earthquake that has increasingly made international media echo the scandals surrounding Pedro Sánchez.

Going back to the origins, the green party assures that VOX's international strategy has been outlined by Santiago Abascal himself. This is because he knew that the key to the party's growth lay in a network of important alliances. What began years ago as simple sympathies between parties has today made him the reference politician for the international right.
South America, the key
The VOX leader realized that, the small alliances in South America and the closeness to the political phenomenon of the region would bring him closer to the White House. And so it was. Santiago Abascal Conde was the only Spanish politician invited to the inauguration of the most controversial president the United States has had, Donald Trump.
That is, the Basque, who in 2014 decided to form a serious alternative to bipartisanship and was the subject of ridicule and attacks in Spain, found himself in Washington. And not just anyone, but as a guest among the friends of the 'Hegemon'.

Abascal outlined a clear strategy, which would take years, and of which we are already beginning to see the fruits. From north to south in America, he has allies, and in Europe the closeness with Giorgia Meloni, Viktor Orbán, Herbert Kickl, Marine Le Pen, has made it clear.
Santiago Abascal has done what no current Spanish political leader has been able to do. He has become an international reference for the right worldwide.

So much so that he has been interviewed in major international media and has been invited to the CPAC in the United States and Argentina. Notably, at the former, Donald Trump dedicated a few words of his speech to the only Spanish politician present there. Now, Abascal positions himself as president of the European party Patriots and will hold an international summit in Madrid, which a large part of his European allies will attend.
