All the Details About Carmen Pano's Money Deliveries in Ferraz
The businesswoman is willing to share all the details about her dealings with the plot.
Businesswoman Carmen Pano has decided to tell the judge handling the case everything she knows about the "hydrocarbons plot." Pano has provided the Supreme Court with key details about the cash deliveries she made at the national headquarters of the PSOE.
This, within the framework of the Koldo case investigation. During her testimonial statement, Pano admitted to having transported two bags with 45,000 euros each to the socialist headquarters on Ferraz Street, ensuring that her arrival seemed to be previously coordinated.
An Organized Protocol at PSOE Headquarters
According to her testimony, upon arriving at the building, she identified herself to the security personnel and was taken directly to the second floor, where they were waiting for her. "I arrived, said 'I am Carmen Pano, I come on behalf of Víctor de Aldama,' and I was told: 'Yes, they are waiting for you on the second floor.' I took the elevator, the doors opened on the second floor, there was a person, I told them who I was, and I handed over what I brought," she recounted.
When asked if indeed someone was waiting for her, Pano was blunt: "Yes, they were waiting for me in the elevator."
Two Cash Deliveries in October 2020
The cash deliveries, which allegedly took place in October 2020, have added a new focus to the judicial investigation. Pano detailed that she received the cash from a person whose identity she did not disclose and initially transferred it to Víctor de Aldama's office on Alfonso XII Street. Subsequently, at Aldama's request, she took the money to the socialist headquarters.

"The first time in a taxi and the second time a person, Álvaro Gallego, took me," explained the businesswoman. However, she claimed to be unaware of the final destination of the funds and who the recipient was at the PSOE headquarters.
This new testimony could provide relevant information in the Koldo case, an investigation that continues to advance to clarify alleged irregularities in the management of funds and contracts linked to the socialist party.
The Other Revelations of Carmen Pano
Carmen Pano had promised "to collaborate with Justice" on two occasions, first anonymously, fearing reprisals, and then publicly, after Aldama's revelations on the COPE network. Carmen Pano spent the night at the Civil Guard Command in Tres Cantos (Madrid), where she was interrogated.

The witness not only reiterated the information about the payment of the 90,000 euros to Ferraz by Aldama's instruction. She also confirmed that this money was used for the purchase of the chalet in La Alcaidesa, in Cádiz, in the name of José Luis Ábalos.
These payments were part of a commission scheme to facilitate obtaining a hydrocarbon operator license for the company Villafuel SL. A company with which Aldama and Rivas defrauded 182 million euros in VAT.
