Europa Press Alcobendas Hosts the ONCE Solidarity Awards Gala
The event will feature prominent political and social representatives
This Thursday, at 7 p.m., the 2024 Solidarity Awards of the ONCE Social Group will be held at the Teatro Auditorio Ciudad de Alcobendas, in the Community of Madrid. During the gala, various entities and individuals will be recognized for their work in favor of solidarity.
The event will be attended by prominent political and social representatives. These include Miguel Carballeda, president of the ONCE Social Group; Francisco Martín Aguirre, government delegate in the Community of Madrid. Also Teresa Rodríguez Peco, president of the ONCE Territorial Council in Madrid.
Alongside them will be Rocío García Alcántara, mayor of Alcobendas. Also present will be Luis Natalio Royo, ONCE delegate in Madrid, and Ana Dávila-Ponce de León, counselor of Family, Youth, and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid, among others.
The recipients of the 2024 Solidarity Awards are the Plan Adapta of the Madrid City Council, the Mutua Madrileña Foundation, the Editorial Division of Grupo Planeta, the program 'La linterna' of COPE, and the priest and activist Jorge Dompablo. Accompanying these personalities will be other representatives of Madrid society and the disability sector.
