The organic channel exceeded 10 million visits, registering a growth of more than 20% in traffic and a 19.4% increase in revenue. This progress is the result of sustained work since 2011, focused on constant and solid long-term growth. Meanwhile, email marketing experienced a 19.3% increase in visits compared to the previous year, which demonstrates the work on personalized and quality communication strategy. With the aim of improving the customer experience, the company has refined its return system, currently offering 30 days of free returns with no questions asked, with a fully automated and immediate process. This places the company on par with industry leaders in terms of after-sales service. Additionally, Powerplanet has been awarded Silver in the Best Marketing Campaign awards granted by M4ecommerce, a recognition that endorses the creativity and continuous effort of the team. This past year, the company has strengthened its commitment to selling refurbished products, giving devices a second life and contributing to reducing environmental impact. Furthermore, it has improved the product page with more realistic and descriptive images, thus facilitating purchasing decisions. Objectives for 2025 Looking to the future, Powerplanet aims to exceed 42 million euros (approximately 46,400,000 dollars) in revenue and increase its profit margin.
