He would only have to commit to staying with the company for a longer period. But everything pointed to him not having to face a price increase.

However, when the moment of truth arrived, the customer was greatly surprised upon receiving his bill. Instead of seeing what he had been promised, he found that he had to pay almost 6 euros more per month. This increase not only surprised him but also made him feel deceived by the operator.
According to the affected party, the problem lies in the fact that the initial offer only considered the increase in the contract term. But not a price hike. Therefore, this type of commercial move generates distrust among users.
