Urgent Warning From Roberto Brasero About an Imminent Change Across Spain: It Will Be Noticed

After a few days of calm and high temperatures for the time we are in, we are going to have a shift

All experts agree that next weekend will bring a sudden change in the weather. There has been much talk about the rains that will affect almost the entire country on Saturday. But what few are mentioning is that there will also be a significant change in temperatures.

Roberto Brasero states that until Friday, temperatures will remain high for the season. We are experiencing values that are more reminiscent of the second half of March or even early April than the end of February.

Roberto Brasero has confirmed that this afternoon we will again reach 59°F (15°C) in Burgos, 64°F (18°C) in Cuenca, 66°F (19°C) in Ourense. There will be 70°F (21°C) in Málaga and San Sebastián, 72°F (22°C) in Córdoba and Sevilla, and up to 73°F (23°C) in Murcia.

This mild and stable weather will continue until Friday, but everything will change starting Saturday with the arrival of the front that will bring rain to much of the country.

Temperature Drop Starting Saturday

Saturday will not only be marked by rain, but temperatures will also begin to drop, getting closer to the normal values for the end of February. Sunday will be even cooler, with significantly lower highs in the north and interior areas. Roberto Brasero has announced this significant change for the weekend.

Additionally, this temperature drop will occur in practically all of Spain, being more intense in certain mountain areas. Both the minimum and maximum temperatures will drop, leaving a much colder environment throughout the day.

With this scenario predicted by Roberto Brasero, it's time to prepare the umbrella and heavy coat for Saturday and Sunday. After days of stability and pleasant temperatures, winter seems to want to remind us that it hasn't ended yet.

This drop, however, will not last long, as models indicate that starting next week, temperatures will gradually rise again. They will recover mild values in much of the country.

A Winter Without Cold Waves

With this outlook, everything points to us closing a climatological winter without any officially declared cold wave in Spain. There are only 10 days left for the climatological winter to end, the months of December, January, and February, and so far, temperatures have been well above normal.

However, this doesn't mean that the cold can't return later. On other occasions, we have seen cold spells in March and even late snowfalls in April, but in that case, we would no longer be talking about winter cold, but spring cold.
