No one expected this big news from T-Mobile: Americans are already celebrating it.
T-Mobile decides to take urgent measures after a customer exodus was noticed in recent weeks
In recent weeks, many users have started leaving T-Mobile, worrying the company so much that it has decided to act quickly. The response has surprised many. It is a new loyalty promotion aimed at stopping the loss of customers.
This move has caused positive reactions among Americans. They are now celebrating a proposal that could be very beneficial for those considering leaving the carrier.
It all began when rumors started circulating about a high cancellation rate. Apparently, T-Mobile failed to listen in time to the complaints and signs of dissatisfaction from its users.

Finally, upon realizing the problem, the company has decided to launch a specific plan that will not be available to everyone. Only to those customers who express their desire to leave. This new loyalty plan will be based on a modified version of the well-known Essentials plan, but with improvements and incentives.
It is a more economical plan than the standard Essentials. It will keep all its benefits and even add a new one, which will serve as a hook to retain customers. But there is a condition: not all customers who threaten to leave will be eligible.
T-Mobile will apply certain filters, probably based on each customer's history and tenure.
T-Mobile wants to make it easy
The price of the new plan will be $65 per month for a single line if the customer uses autopay. For two lines, the cost will be $120, and each additional line will be priced at only $12. This makes it an attractive option, especially when compared to the Essentials plan, which tends to be more expensive for several users.

However, there will be significant restrictions. It will not include benefits like the third line free, buy one get one promotions, member discounts, or free additional line promotions. However, this is not unusual, as the current Essentials plan also typically doesn't qualify for those offers.
This new plan seems to be aimed at customers using old and expensive plans, such as Magenta Max, ONE Plus, or Go5G Plus. Many of them currently enjoy exclusive perks, so switching to the new plan could raise doubts. Even so, the plan will include a very interesting incentive: better phone trade-in conditions.
Additionally, users will be able to keep their current promotions and discounts, something that will undoubtedly be well received. However, the new plan will not include taxes or fees, as is the case with most older plans.
