Coca-Cola leaves the United States speechless with its last-minute announcement: no one expected it
Coca-Cola launches three new flavors, which, for now, can only be found at Universal Orlando Resort
Nobody imagined that one of the world's most iconic brands, like Coca-Cola, would surprise with such an unexpected decision. The announcement wasn't made in a grand presentation or a media event. However, its effect has been immediate and has left thousands of people talking about it.
Everything happened in Florida, within the well-known Universal Orlando Resort complex, which now adds an impressive expansion: Universal Epic Universe. This new addition to the park set officially opens on May 22 and promises to revolutionize the visitor experience.

But the best part is that, in this setting, Coca-Cola has installed machines offering three exclusive flavors. These have been designed for this new area and can't be found anywhere else.

The alliance between Universal Orlando and Coca-Cola has resulted in an unprecedented collaboration. Each of the three drinks is inspired by a park area and has been designed by Universal's own chefs along with experts from Coca-Cola. "We wanted each flavor to have its own identity and fit with the ambiance of its area," said a park spokesperson, according to All Recipes.
In Celestial Park, for example, visitors can try Celestial Spritz, a blend that combines Seagram's with hints of cherry and orange. The recipe also includes a secret element that has surprised more than one. "That extra tartness is strong, it reminded me of Beverly," commented a TikTok user, referring to one of Coca-Cola's most controversial sodas.
Another standout drink is Dragon Splash, available in the area inspired by "How to Train Your Dragon." This option mixes Minute Maid Lime, Fanta Lime, and Mello Yello. Its citrusy and refreshing flavor has been very well received by those who have been able to try it during the park's pre-opening days.

The third drink, called Screaming Berry, is found in the Dark Universe themed area, based on Universal's classic monsters. This soda combines Fanta Cherry, Fanta Fruit Punch, grape, and a touch of vanilla.
The result has been so surprising that some say it reminds them of Dr Pepper with blackberry. "Screaming Berry was our favorite," wrote a fan on TikTok, another added: "The monster one was delicious."
All these Coca-Cola drinks have sugar-free versions, which further expands the possibilities. Additionally, visitors can experiment by mixing them with other flavors available in the Freestyle machine. "Yes, you can choose one of these special options and then return to the main menu to add another," explained from Universal Orlando.
The Freestyle machines are fully integrated into the park's ambiance. They don't look anything like those you might find in a fast-food chain. Here, each one has been designed not to break the visitor's immersion in the thematic universe of each area.
