A Witness Applicant's Detail in Sánchez's Brother's Case That Draws Attention
The violin teacher, Nerses Avakimyan, claims he didn't have personal dealings with David Sánchez.
The legal process surrounding Pedro Sánchez's brother advances with a new day of testimonies. This Friday, Judge Beatriz Biedma summoned six additional witnesses to continue an investigation that is expected to be extensive.
Among those summoned was violin teacher Nerses Avakimyan, who testified early in the day. During his appearance, Avakimyan admitted that he never accessed the grades after the selection process.
Despite this, the musician stated that he didn't feel harmed and doesn't remember having coincided in interviews with David Sánchez. He also explained that, according to his perception, he didn't observe any irregularities in the procedure.
This is reported by the newspaper ABC.

In any case, he pointed out that filing a legal appeal would have entailed an economic and personal expense. For this reason, he never challenged the resolution or filed any complaint. It is important to mention that, currently, Avakimyan remains linked to the Conservatory.
Beyond his participation in the competition, about which he barely retains details, the violinist provided relevant information for the judge. He directly pointed out a fact that has caught Judge Biedma's attention. This is conveyed by the aforementioned media.

The witness has identified two people, Teresa and Saray, who are in charge of coordinating activities in the conservatories. And for this, they have a "teaching load reduction" in their respective functions. This fact reinforces the idea that Pedro Sánchez's brother was not performing that role.
The Head of HR on Sánchez's Brother
José Ramón Suárez Arias holds the position of Head of Human Resources and Internal Affairs at the Legislature de Badajoz. This Friday he testified as a witness in the investigation into the alleged favoritism toward David Sánchez, the brother of the President of the Government.
According to Okdiario, he made statements that didn't go unnoticed. "Normally, an administrative position doesn't become a senior management position," something that "doesn't make sense," he assured, according to the media. And the position acquired by the musician, who was allegedly chosen 'by hand,' has given much to talk about.
It is important to emphasize that this position was subject to doubts by the judge conducting the investigation, Beatriz Biedma. In an order, the magistrate assures that "everything seems to indicate that the position was created to be assigned to Mr. Sánchez," she explains. Thus, emphasis is placed on "the unnecessary nature of his functions very soon, as it was not arranged for him to be replaced by another worker during his leave of absence and paternity leave."
