The Unusual Delivery of Sánchez's Brother's Advisor's Folder With Handwritten Reports
Moncloa's advisor slipped in handwritten reports by Sánchez's brother as official, which the judge questions
The new news about Sánchez's brother continues to make waves. Last Tuesday, we learned who handed over the dated and handwritten documents.
Luis Carrero, a former Moncloa advisor who worked for David Sánchez, is back in the spotlight. A document sent to the Investigative Court Number 3 of Badajoz points to Carrero. These are eight documents that report on the services provided since 2017 by Sánchez's brother.

These documents were signed by hand and were not sent through digital means that would allow the recording of the date of issuance or receipt. But the oddity of it all lies in how these documents were delivered.
The Director of the Area of Culture, Sports, and Youth of the Badajoz Provincial Council has created more controversy.
Manuel Candalija has replied to this judicial request by issuing a report, dated February 17, 2025, which has already been submitted to the court. He states that "the eight documents referred to by the order were deposited inside a physical folder on my desk. It was on the morning of February 3, 2025, without me being present at that time."

Candalija points directly to the Moncloa advisor:
"This delivery was later confirmed by Luis Carrero Pérez. Who currently holds the position of Head of the Section for Coordination of Cross-Border Centers and Programs on a service commission."
The delivery took place during an administrative transition period in the institution. During which the then Head of the Performing Arts Office, David Sánchez, was absent.
In other words, these documents were delivered without Candalija being present in his office. Something that raises suspicions due to the secrecy of that delivery.
The Provincial Council Doesn't Know Why Sánchez's Brother Dated His Work by Hand
The organization has informed Judge Biedma, who is investigating Sánchez's brother, that it doesn't know why the reports were signed by hand.
These are the reports that support his work in the institution and were signed and dated by hand instead of digitally.

The magistrate had requested the documentation that would verify the functions performed by Sánchez as coordinator of the province's conservatories. But upon receiving the files, she noticed they were signed with a pen. Faced with this irregularity, she asked the Provincial Council for explanations, which in its response to the court claimed to be unaware of the reason for this practice.
In light of this, the Provincial Council itself has put Sánchez's brother in serious trouble.
The Unusual Justification for Sánchez's Brother's Attendance at Work on Paper
Sánchez's brother and the Badajoz Provincial Council are making headlines again. The Badajoz Provincial Council has presented documents with handwritten dates and signatures to justify David Sánchez's work activity.
That is, handwritten dates and signatures of the brother of the Prime Minister, between 2017 and 2025. This detail has piqued the judge's interest, as, being official documentation, it is customary to have electronic signatures.
These reports, a total of eight activity reports, were sent to the Investigative Court Number 3 of Badajoz on February 4. Precisely one day before David Sánchez submitted his resignation. The investigation seeks to clarify whether he was indeed performing his duties in the position he held.
The newspaper El Independiente has published those handwritten signatures with a blue ink pen on the printed sheet. Something that has obviously caught the judge's attention.
