This information was included in a document sent to the Investigative Court Number 41 of Madrid. The letter specifies that the advisor's duties involve a close relationship of affinity and trust with the President's wife.

According to the document, Álvarez's tasks include managing communications, assisting Begoña Gómez in meetings, and coordinating matters related to the President's schedule.

Álvarez's salary, as a level 26 advisor, amounts to 52,282 euros gross annually, that is, about 36,924 euros net annually. Which corresponds to approximately 3,000 euros monthly. Advisor's Indictment in the Chair Judicial Case

María Cristina Álvarez is charged in the judicial case investigating Begoña Gómez's arrangements at the Complutense University, related to her chair.

In the emails that have been incorporated into the case, it is revealed that Álvarez performed tasks typical of a personal secretary. Such as managing relationships with the chair's sponsors and contacting the vice-rector of the UCM. For handling controversial software registered in the name of the President's wife.

Statement from the High-Ranking Moncloa Official Who Proposed Álvarez's Hiring

In the same judicial case, the high-ranking Moncloa official, Alfredo González Gómez, will be summoned to testify as a witness. González, who at the time was Deputy Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Government, was responsible for proposing Álvarez's hiring.
