This Is the Psoe City Council Where Sánchez's Brother Worked
Suspicions about Sánchez's brother's professional trajectory are increasing
The brother of the Prime Minister, the musician David Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, continues to be at the center of scandals regarding his close relationship with the Socialist Party, led by his older brother. This Monday it was revealed that Pedro Sánchez's brother worked for a City Council that was governed by PSOE.
Allegedly, documents from the time confirm that the musician David Sánchez, known artistically as David Azagra, directed the Philharmonic Orchestra of Alcorcón City (OFCA) in 2010. However, this experience is not reflected in his official professional record.

According to information published by OkDiario, Pedro Sánchez's brother participated in the end-of-year concert program on June 20, 2010. It was held at the Buero Vallejo Municipal Theater in Alcorcón, where Azagra led the orchestra in the performance. It was Benjamin Britten's Simple Symphony.
OFCA had been founded in March 2009 by former students of the Manuel de Falla Conservatory of Alcorcón. Initially, it operated as a self-managed project without a conductor under the name of the Alcorcón Alumni Orchestra.

Subsequently, it evolved into the Alcorcón Philharmonic Society Orchestra and finally adopted its current name. The arrival of David Azagra marked a period in which he assumed the direction of the group, although for a brief period.
According to the digital source mentioned above, the Alcorcón Municipal School of Music, very close to the orchestra, allegedly had "strong connections" with the Socialist Party. So much so that it was reportedly considered an informal headquarters of PSOE in Alcorcón.
Questions Grow About David Sánchez's International Career
David Sánchez's brief direction of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Alcorcón City in 2010 has reignited questions about his artistic career. The uncertainties about this unrecorded episode in his official record are compounded by doubts regarding other experiences the musician claims. These include alleged performances at the Mariinsky Theater in Saint Petersburg, whose veracity has not been confirmed by independent sources.
Additionally, there are no online records supporting his work in Russia. His personal website, which contained information about his career, was deleted in 2017. This coincided with his joining the Badajoz Provincial Council, which has caused even more questions about his professional career.
