The magistrate, in addition to the mentioned positions, also showed interest in knowing his start and end dates, and the reason and date of the termination of his employment relationship.

In reply to this news, according to the mentioned media, David Sánchez filed an appeal in defense of his situation. He allegedly argued that the judicial decision had a "clear lack of motivation," especially regarding the identification of the indications. According to him, they could justify what would actually be a substantial expansion of the initial limits of the investigation.

As the media explains, in her reply, the judge emphasized that the scope of a criminal process is not always completely determined at the beginning of the investigation.

Despite this attempt by the musician's defense, the judge was blunt in an order, according to the newspaper. "As the investigation progresses, the reality subject to the process becomes more and better known and is highlighted with greater precision, the object of the process, as they would constitute one more step aimed at satisfying David Sánchez's personal preferences," it states.

This way, according to the media, it dismisses Sánchez's defense proposal to investigate the Moncloa advisor.

The Central Operative Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard is investigating the personal email of an employee of the Legislature de Badajoz. It is Yolanda Sánchez, director of the Juan Vázquez Professional Music Conservatory of Badajoz.

This is confirmed by The Objective. During her testimony as a witness, Sánchez, subordinate to the socialist's brother, stated that certain emails had disappeared from her inbox.

This without her voluntarily deleting them. Additionally, Judge Beatriz Biedma has authorized the use of "forensic computer tools" to analyze her accounts.

According to the media, the magistrate has authorized the UCO's request to examine in detail a second email account belonging to the conservatory director.

Allegedly, the decision to investigate Yolanda Sánchez's email is "to conduct an analysis of the communications maintained, with the ultimate goal of deepening the investigation of the facts." More specifically, there is special interest in the "content of all folders in which the email storage is divided." There, "the folders containing deleted items, if restoration is possible, as well as the emails that are, if applicable, in the unread emails folder" are included.
