Sevilla maintains the 50% discount on buses and trams.

SEVILLA, Jan. 23 (EUROPA PRESS) -
The City Council of Sevilla, following the repeal in Congress this Wednesday of the decree that included public transportation subsidies, has announced it will preserve "the price of Tussam buses and trams," maintaining "the commitment to the city's residents."
According to a press release from the City Council, with this measure, the rates applied on January 1, 2025, will be maintained temporarily, "awaiting the Government's decision on the processing of a new decree that allows the subsidy to continue."
In this regard, the price for users of Sevilla's urban transport network "will not be affected, with a 50 percent subsidy available on all lines except the special airport line."
The mayor has indicated that the Municipal Government "is committed to the quality and availability of Tussam's service, thus aiming to promote the use of public transportation in Sevilla."
The mayor of Sevilla concluded by reiterating that "the commitment is based on maintaining the excellent service and demand for the city's public transportation."
