Sánchez Is Summoned by a Court Due to Ayuso's Partner's Lawsuit

The conciliation act is prior to a lawsuit by Alberto González Amador for slander and libel.

Pedro Sánchez has been summoned on February 12 in Madrid. The conciliation act is prior to a lawsuit for slander and libel.

Alberto González Amador, Isabel Díaz Ayuso's partner, filed the lawsuit. Sánchez called him a "self-confessed criminal" last October.

The President may appear through his lawyers. If there is no agreement, González Amador may file the lawsuit.

The court warned that the plaintiff's non-appearance will result in the case being dismissed. If the respondent doesn't appear, the conciliation will be considered attempted.

González Amador is claiming 100,000 euros from Sánchez for violation of his honor. Sánchez's statements were made after the indictment of Attorney General Álvaro García Ortiz.

The President defended the prosecutor and referred to González Amador as a "self-confessed criminal." These words prompted the lawsuit from Ayuso's partner.

González Amador has already taken legal action against other members of the Government. He has summoned María Jesús Montero, Óscar López, and Félix Bolaños to conciliation acts.

Also Isabel Rodríguez and Diana Morant for alleged violation of his honor. If no agreements are reached, he could file more lawsuits.

The conciliation act is a mandatory preliminary step before a lawsuit for slander. If conciliation is not achieved, the plaintiff can resort to criminal proceedings.

This process seeks to solve conflicts without the need for a trial. The situation has created tension between the Government and the Community of Madrid. Both parties defend their positions in this legal conflict.

The judicial appointment on February 12 will be key in the development of the case. Both parties are expected to maintain their arguments in the conciliation act.

The resolution of this conflict could have political implications. The public is closely following this confrontation between institutions.

The outcome of the conciliation act will determine the next legal steps. The justice system will evaluate the statements and actions of both parties.

Ayuso Confirms That Messages With Sánchez Have Also Disappeared From Her Mobile Phone

Ayuso has confirmed what Víctor de Aldama already reported. The President, on Telecinco's program with Ana Rosa, spoke about the 'oddities' she has found on her mobile phone.

Specifically, Isabel Díaz Ayuso referred to conversations with Pedro Sánchez, few and scarce, but that are no longer on her device. Ayuso has assured that there have been few times she has engaged in conversation with the President, Pedro Sánchez, especially during the Covid era. When the Madrid President was asking not to close the Spanish capital.

Ayuso claims there is no trace of those WhatsApp messages, but Ayuso even details the Agenda 2030 avatar that Pedro Sánchez had as a profile picture.
