Sánchez enters Fitur discreetly
The socialist has chosen to enter behind closed doors.
Pedro Sánchez continues to generate controversy. The President of the Government decided to attend the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) on its third day, delaying his visit until Friday.
This decision contrasts with the presence of the Kings, who inaugurated the event promptly during the morning of the first day. This way, they fulfilled the usual protocol that corresponds to an event of such international relevance.
The postponement of the presidential visit hasn't gone unnoticed and has caused comments. Especially because his arrival coincided with the presence of the Hazte Oír truck, which was waiting to express its discontent.
This scenario has been interpreted by some as an attempt to avoid the media spotlight of the initial days.
This theory gains strength considering that Sánchez entered the international fair discreetly. More specifically, he entered before 10 in the morning. Until that time, entry is not permitted unless it is the press or someone accredited.
By making this decision, the socialist would avoid the media that daily follow all the controversies surrounding him. These include issues involving his closest circle, such as his brother and his wife.
That's why everyone was very alert to his arrival, something he surely knew, so to avoid making statements, he chose to enter behind closed doors.
Feijóo Attends Fitur
Before Sánchez, Alberto Núñez Feijóo attended. The leader of the Popular Party went to the International Tourism Fair. There he shared an emotional embrace with the President of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, a moment captured in the video joining these lines.
This gesture reflects Feijóo's continuous support for Carlos Mazón and the Valencian Community after the DANA. This in contrast to the prolonged absence of the President of the Government, the socialist Pedro Sánchez, in that region.
A neglect of Sánchez toward the Valencian Community that hasn't gone unnoticed. Those affected by the deadly floods have once again shown their deepest rejection of him and his management.
Sánchez in Paiporta
A few days after the DANA, Sánchez and the Kings went to Paiporta. The situation turned chaotic, with the monarch facing an enraged public. Meanwhile, Sánchez, besieged by criticism, chose to flee in his official car.
The arrival of the entourage in Paiporta was marked by a palpable climate of tension. From the moment the King and Sánchez set foot in ground zero, they were met with boos and shouts of "murderers."
In contrast to Sánchez's behavior, who quickly withdrew, King Felipe VI showed a firmer attitude. Especially when interacting with the affected, trying to calm the spirits of those who felt abandoned by their leaders.
