The PSOE trembles because of Aldama and asks the judge to send him to prison.
The socialists urge Judge Pedraz to send Aldama to jail 'to prevent the destruction of evidence.'
The PSOE rallies around Pedro Sánchez. This time, it is Aldama who puts Pedro Sánchez on the ropes, and his party knows it. So much so that, although they previously requested that parties not be part of popular accusations, they are now asking for Aldama's imprisonment.
Specifically, they urge Judge Pedraz for the "provisional imprisonment" of the businessman. All this is due to "the risk posed to the success of the investigation" while he remains free.
According to a report by Europa Press, the socialists are asking Magistrate Pedraz to send Aldama to jail. According to them, this is "to prevent the concealment, alteration, or destruction of evidence relevant to the prosecution."

According to the socialists: "The reasons that led to his release in the current proceedings due to a statement made by the investigated in another case have been thwarted. The supposed cooperation with justice offered by Víctor de Aldama was a fallacy. His accusations directed at third parties haven't been corroborated with evidence."
Sánchez's party fears "the maneuvers of the investigated, once released, to traffic with case documentation." This is because Aldama left "sensitive documentation" related to the Venezuelan public company PDVSA in the custody of Luis Alberto Escolano, his trusted man.

The new revelation by Aldama that compromises Begoña Gómez due to her bank accounts
Víctor de Aldama is once again at the epicenter. The businessman attended an interview on the COPE network to tighten the noose around the Government and Pedro Sánchez.
Last Wednesday, he revealed shocking information concerning Begoña Gómez and her bank accounts. Specifically, Aldama claimed that Begoña Gómez has accounts abroad.
The most surprising thing is the figure Aldama revealed: six million euros.
"I have seen that complaint in the Prosecutor's Office, which has an entry stamp since January 13, but I don't know if it is being investigated." The truth is that he also wanted to deny having any kind of relationship with Venezuela.
Regarding those accounts, Aldama revealed that the information was provided to him by a person:
"I have seen the screenshots of the accounts, the account numbers, and the deposits. It's well-documented, and there will be some very uncomfortable surprises for the president's wife and some government members."
The strange banking movements of Begoña Gómez
Begoña Gómez remains embroiled in controversies. Pedro Sánchez's wife modified the numbering of the two bank accounts where she received payments from the Complutense University over a period of nine years, from 2014 to 2023.
This is confirmed by The Objective. On November 18, the bank of the investigated delivered the first documentation to the investigating judge.
According to the media, the IBANs of the deposits corresponding to the payments made by the Complutense University to Begoña Gómez were not included. This is why the information was considered "incomplete."
In reply, Peinado requested clarifications from the bank, given that, in addition, the nine accounts showed a balance of zero. Meanwhile, the accounts at Santander and ING barely totaled 40.25 euros at that time.
The payments made by the Complutense University to Begoña Gómez amounted to a total of 24,723 euros until 2022. They were deposited in an account ending in 3436 throughout that time. However, in the 2022/23 period, a final payment of 15,000 euros was recorded in a different account, with the final numbering 2735.
