Marlaska's contradictions with Aldama: He now denies his having been an informant

Marlaska now disowns Víctor de Aldama. The colonel in charge of the Civil Guard's unit against jihadist terrorism, Francisco José Vázquez, declared before the judge that he had collaborated with them in the unit.

Such was that collaboration that Aldama helped dismantle a jihadist cell. One that was responsible for recruiting minors and operated between Valencia and Zamora. Such an operation was being carried out by the Civil Guard in August 2023.

Despite Aldama's being decorated, Marlaska now disowns his collaboration. He denies being aware of it, even though the businessman's efforts earned him the Cross with White Distinction for Merit of the Civil Guard. This award is bestowed upon individuals who have provided extraordinary services in favor of the Body.

Cabinet Chief Lorenzo Martínez has completely disassociated Marlaska from the links between Aldama and the Civil Guard. He assures that the head of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs has no documentation about the businessman's collaborations with laBenemérita.

Furthermore, he has no record of any document in which the "police legal status granted to Víctor de Aldama" appears. A status "for his intervention as a collaborator, informant, or in any other way with the Civil Guard."

He also doesn't know what "authority granted him the status." Nor does he have in his possession "documentation provided to perform his duties and the dates on which he has performed them."

Aldama's accusation against Koldo that involves the Treasury

The businessman claims that investigations into his activity may have partly originated from an anonymous leak to the Tax Agency. He also points to Koldo García as the main person responsible for this leak.

This is confirmed by Vozpópuli. Supposedly, the businessman suggests that the investigations may have arisen, in part, due to a supposed "anonymous" leak to the Tax Agency.

Supposedly, this leak occurred at a time when the relationship between him and Koldo García had already suffered several clashes. According to the media, Koldo had commented within his circles that both he and the businessman could be arrested at any moment.

The judge's discovery investigating Aldama

The judge in charge of investigating the hydrocarbon scheme has made a relevant finding that supposedly involves high-ranking officials of Sánchez's government. He points out that the magistrate has discovered the disappearance of WhatsApp messages on the businessman's phone. It is claimed that these messages were sent by high-ranking individuals in the socialist Executive.

IT experts from the National Court were the ones who informed Judge Santiago Pedraz, of the Central Investigative Court number 5. According to them, several messages from Aldama's device are not accessible due to a "problem with the keys." The businessman, meanwhile, has claimed that his phone contained key information about the PSOE.

For months, the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard has been analyzing the electronic devices seized in the searches related to Aldama. One of these reports, included in the Koldo case file, allegedly revealed that the businessman maintained relationships with influential figures, both nationally and internationally.
