The judge summons Ana Pardo de Vera's sister to testify as a witness in the Koldo case

Summon 17 witnesses to testify, including former high-ranking Transport officials such as Isabel Pardo de Vera

The Koldo case remains under the scrutiny of justice. This Tuesday, new summonses have been issued by the judge handling the case.

The Supreme Court is still pursuing the irregularities characterizing the case allegedly involving José Luis Ábalos, Koldo García, and Víctor de Aldama. In fact, Magistrate Leopoldo Puente has summoned Ábalos, the former Minister of Transport. He will appear on February 18 at 10:00 a.m. before the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court, already with the formal status of an investigated party.

However, along with Ábalos, the judge has decided to take statements from other individuals as witnesses. Among them is his son, Víctor Ábalos. He must testify along with 16 other people between February 25 and March 5.

Among them is Ana Pardo de Vera's sister, Isabel. She will testify as a witness due to her past as the former president of Adif.

Víctor De Aldama has already implicated important figures such as Ángel Víctor Torres and Isabel Pardo de Vera herself.

In his statement, Aldama also mentioned works awarded to joint ventures like ASCH and Lantania, managed by Isabel Pardo de Vera and Ábalos. Among the highlighted projects are the expansion of the Autovía de la Plata A-66 and the remodeling of junctions in Asturias.

Additionally, the former head of personnel at Adif, Michaux Miranda, testified before the judge. In his words, he stated that it was the then-president of Adif, Isabel Pardo de Vera, who provided him with the contact for Soluciones de Gestión, the company involved in the Koldo case under investigation.

The Supreme Court summons Ábalos's son to testify in the Koldo case

The Supreme Court is still pursuing the irregularities characterizing the case allegedly involving José Luis Ábalos, Koldo García, and Víctor de Aldama.

Also, the Chief of Staff of the Minister of Finance, Carlos Moreno Medina. On the other hand, Joseba García Izaguirre, brother of the investigated Koldo García, has been called to testify. Also Carmen Pano, his daughter, Jessica Rodríguez García, and several businesspeople.

The investigated assets

The judge has requested a detailed report from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard on the asset situation of Ábalos and his son, Víctor Ábalos. This analysis must include information on bank accounts, properties, vehicles, and company shares. Additionally, open sources should be consulted to determine if they own or are linked to any assets or commercial companies.
