The judge puts the spotlight on Sánchez's brother's colleagues and deleted emails

The magistrate has asked the UCO to investigate those emails and the creation of the job positions.

Sánchez's brother is back in the spotlight. This time due to the deleted emails of colleagues from the Diputación de Badajoz.

The judge handling Sánchez's brother's case has asked the UCO to investigate the deleted emails. All to determine if these emails were deleted to protect Pedro Sánchez's brother.

Some of the technicians who testified as witnesses claimed that it was "a third party" who intervened in the emails. According to the newspaper THE OBJECTIVE, they were deleted to "save" Sánchez's brother.

The truth is that it's not the only information Judge Biedma has requested. She has also demanded documentation related to the creation and allocation of the musician's colleagues' job positions. In fact, messages between them have already been discovered from "long before they appear in the organizational chart."

Yolanda Sánchez, director of the Juan Vázquez Professional Conservatory of Music in Badajoz, claims she didn't delete the emails voluntarily.

The director was decisive in pointing out that some emails from her account were deleted, although she indicated it wasn't her.

This is How a Moncloa Official 'advised' Sánchez's Brother in a 2022 Email

Sánchez's brother follows in the footsteps of Begoña Gómez. While the wife of the Prime Minister had a Moncloa advisor, Sánchez's brother acted similarly.

Specifically, David Sánchez contacted Luis María Carrero, a Moncloa official. He did so with the aim of having his operas funded with European funds.

The UCO found these emails in their investigation, and they confirm that the official advised Sánchez's brother. It's important to note that he had no connection with the Diputación de Badajoz.

Months after the relationship between the two began, Carrero requested to be transferred to the provincial corporation in Badajoz.

It's surprising how this official was on the edge at Moncloa, as he indicated in the affectionate email to the "little brother." In fact, in 2022, he started his email like this: "I'm waiting to see if they kick me out of Moncloa this week."

However, the most notable aspect of this email is how he advised Sánchez's brother to apply for European funding for his projects.

"I'm sending you three little things related to what we've talked about these days." In addition to this, he provided the guidelines to follow: "Right now there are three budget calculations, and that can't be the case for what's coming in the next two weeks."

The entire conversation is under the context of the Operegrina program. This was a collaboration agreement that the Ministry of Culture signed with the Diputación de Badajoz on April 12, 2023. This program included the injection of European funds for the Office of Performing Arts, the entity directed by Sánchez's brother.
