The Real Estate Agency in Charge of Managing the Property, Home Select Property Management SL, Contacted Escolano at the End of 2021. This Was to Demand the Payment of Three Overdue Monthly Payments.

On December 10 of That Year, a Salesperson from the Agency Warned the Businessman About the Urgency of Settling the Debt. Additionally, She Pointed Out the Possibility of Terminating the Contract.

Escolano Responded by Assuring That He Would Settle the Debt Shortly, Just as He Had Done in September 2021, When He Paid Two Monthly Payments at Once Through His Company Serma Elecom SL. A Transfer Receipt Confirms This Transaction.

However, in December of That Year, The Relationship Between Ábalos and Aldama Had Deteriorated, and the Businessman Stopped Covering the Rent for the Former Minister's Partner. These New Documents Contradict Jéssica R.'s Statements Before the Court and Raise More Doubts About the Role of Those Involved in the Financing of Her Residence.
