This Was the Complaint that Socialist Miss Asturias Conveyed to Koldo About His Work

In that message, Montes presented a 'formal complaint' about his employment situation at the public company

First it was Jésica, and now another friend of Ábalos, Miss Asturias, who is caught up in the controversy. Amid the suspicions surrounding her hiring at Logirail and the possible involvement of José Luis Ábalos, an email sent in 2021 by Claudia Montes is revealed.

This was addressed to Koldo, then a trusted man of the former Minister of Transport. In that message, Montes presented a "formal complaint" about her employment situation at the public company.

The UCO has intervened in this communication, which consists of an email forwarded by Montes to Koldo García. In it, a previous message addressed to the general director of Logirail, a subsidiary of Renfe, is included. This was published by VozPópuli.

In her email, Montes expressed her discomfort:

I'm sending you the letter I was forced to send after everything I've had to endure. Don't worry, I know how you all are today and tomorrow.

I'll wait for these days to pass and for you to have time. I can keep enduring. Those of us in PSOE, you know we endure whatever comes our way.

Following this comment is the initial message that the former Miss Asturias sent to her superior. In it, she denounced the lack of consideration she had experienced in her job since he took over the direction of the public company.

In her complaint, Montes detailed various situations that caused her "surprise" and made her feel "very bad." According to her testimony, she was removed from her duties, and her responsibilities were delegated to another colleague. According to her, he lacked the proper training for the position.

She also lamented that, for several months, her effort and dedication had not been valued by the company.

Montes's email reached Koldo García's inbox just a few minutes after being sent to her superior. After presenting her extensive formal complaint to the director of Logirail, her next step was to turn to the ministerial advisor.

This way, she made her position clear with the phrase: "Those of us in PSOE, you know we endure whatever comes our way."

Claudia Montes worked at Logirail, a subsidiary of Renfe, from December 2019 to February 2022. Her relationship with José Luis Ábalos has raised suspicions about her hiring.

However, Montes has assured through a statement that her only link with the former minister is reduced to a photograph "among PSOE colleagues." She obtained her position through a job offer published on Infojobs.

"I have rigorously complied with all the company's labor conditions, attending in person. Performing my tasks in the designated place, within the established schedule, and under the direct supervision of my superiors," Montes stated in her public declaration.
