J.D. went to a health center where the assault was confirmed: "He reports having been hit in the face with a hand," the medical report states. Although the injuries were minor and only required localized cold, the medical report certifies the assault suffered by the young popular member.

On February 28, J.D. filed the complaint at the police station, providing the medical report and recounting the events to the National Police. The assault occurred near the José Saramago Multifunctional Center when J.D. was removing a poster against Ayuso placed on Coslada Street.

After removing the poster, a man approached from behind and without a word struck him on the left side of the face. The complainant identified his striker as an associate of José Luis Sánchez Martínez, a former Podemos councilor in San Fernando de Henares.

According to the complaint, published by VozPopuli, Sánchez Martínez also attempted to hit him, but the intervention of the victim's father prevented him from achieving his goal. The young man went to the Cáceres Health Center, where he was diagnosed with minor injuries, without the need for additional medical follow-up.

The National Police have opened an investigation to clarify the facts and determine the responsibility of those involved in the assault. J.D. has stated that he is not afraid and will continue to remove hate posters placed by the radical left in public spaces.
