The Enormous Number of Moroccans Nationalized by Sánchez Would Give Him Two Seats
Of the newly naturalized, 53% are men, and the average age of the beneficiaries is 19 years.
Since Pedro Sánchez's arrival at La Moncloa in 2018, the number of Moroccan citizens who have obtained Spanish nationality has increased significantly. According to data from the Ministry of Social Security and Migrations, more than 237,000 Moroccans have been nationalized during this period.
This, according to the fulfillment of the established requirements, including the "good civic behavior" requirement. In 2023 alone, the figure reached 45,799, with a majority of 19-year-old males.

The pace of concessions has remained constant in recent years, reflecting a notable increase compared to the previous government of the People's Party. During a similar period under Mariano Rajoy's administration, just over 130,000 Moroccans were nationalized.
The most recent data confirm that the Moroccan community continues to lead nationality applications by residence, with a 5.4% increase in 2023 compared to the previous year. Of the newly nationalized, 53% are men, and the average age of the beneficiaries is 19 years. This, largely due to the regularization of unjoined foreign minors upon reaching adulthood.

Currently, Spain has 844,969 Moroccan residents, whose average age is 34 years. The granting of nationality implies, among other rights, the possibility of voting in elections, which could influence future electoral processes.
The Chilling Figure Sánchez's Government Has Given to Morocco in Two Months
Pedro Sánchez's government has revealed a chilling figure: more than 757 million euros given to Morocco in just two months. Meanwhile, key sectors of Spanish society, such as healthcare or infrastructure, continue to suffer shortages. Many are questioning what has motivated this amount of money allocated to the neighboring North African government.
A Million-Euro Disbursement
Since the beginning of this year, Sánchez's government has approved a reimbursable credit of up to 754,302,566 euros to support the acquisition of 40 intercity trains by Morocco.
The decision has not been well received in Spain. Many citizens question why large sums of money continue to be allocated to Morocco when there are internal economic problems.
The lack of resources in cities like Valencia or La Palma, which face significant shortages, and the structural difficulties of public hospitals exacerbate popular indignation.
