The Civismo Foundation confirms that productivity in the U.S. is double that of the E.U.

Sustainability Analysis Center of the Economic Model) of the Civismo Foundation publishes the report

Some of the main conclusions are:
• The % of the world's GDP from the U.S. economy is 25.4% compared to the E.U.'s 16.7%.
• An hour of work in the U.S. is twice as productive as in the E.U.
• For every extra dollar earned, in Europe, 10% more is paid than in the U.S.
• An American's salary can grow three times more than a European's over their professional career.
• The U.S. offers more opportunities and better salaries to young people between 25 and 34 years old.
• The role of the state in the U.S. economy is 15.2% less than in the E.U.
• Public employment: In the U.S., a public employee earns 22.5% less than a private one. In Europe, a public servant can earn 20% more than a private worker.
• Investment in the U.S. in artificial intelligence is 18 times the combined figures of France and Germany.

The report conducted by the Center for Analysis of the Sustainability of the Economic Model (CASME) of the Civismo Foundation studies the economic comparison between the U.S. and the European Union.
The report is structured into 13 chapters, one for each of the major indicators. Among the conclusions, the abysmal difference in GDP evolution between countries stands out. The E.U.'s GDP has gone from representing 28.6% of the world's economy in 1980 to 16.7% today, while the U.S.'s has remained the same, representing 25.4% of the global GDP.

One area where the U.S. has a notable advantage is the labor market. Productivity per hour worked is nearly double in the U.S. (48.7%) compared to the eurozone (28.8%). Additionally, the country bets on new technologies and growing sectors to prosper.
A lighter tax burden than Europe's, a public sector that doesn't drain resources from the private sector, a prosperous internal market, and a country oriented toward entrepreneurship and startup development are the factors that stand out the most in the U.S. economy.

Through this report conducted by the CASME of the Civismo Foundation, the entity seeks to demonstrate why the U.S. not only grows at a faster pace than Europe during expansion periods but also recovers sooner and at a higher speed in times of crisis.
