Badajoz's Provincial Council and Sánchez's Brother Case Under Psoe 'clans'
Some members of these families have been mentioned in the emails seized by the Civil Guard.
The Case of Sánchez's Brother and the Legislature, Also Tainted, Reignites Controversy. There are up to five families linked to PSOE of Extremadura, with a long history in the Legislature of Badajoz and composed of career public employees and temporary staff. They are at the center of the controversy for appearing in various ways in the judicial process involving David Sánchez.
They are popularly associated with the so-called "clans of PSOE and Socialist Youth beneficiaries." A network of contacts that, over time, has been adding more affiliates to Social Security.
Some members of these families have been mentioned in the emails seized by the Civil Guard. All for having supported or collaborated in some way with Pedro Sánchez's brother.

This is reflected in the judicial reports of David Sánchez's case, where eight individuals are under investigation: Miguel Ángel Gallardo, current president of the Legislature of Badajoz. Elisa Moriano, former director of the Culture Area; Cristina Núñez, former deputy of Culture.
Juana Cintas Calderón Zazo, former director of the Human Resources and Internal Regime Area and now director of the Municipal Cooperation Area. Manuel Candalija Valle, formerly head of the Cultural Activities Service and now Director of the Culture, Sports and Youth Area.
Félix González Márquez, former head of the Human Resources Management Service. And María Emilia Parejo Gala, previously director of the Culture Area and currently coordinator in the Equality Area.
This group of recommended individuals, identified in official documents, is part of the well-known family clans:
Mendoza Sánchez-Rojas, Suárez-Arias, Albano, Cardenal Guijarro and Peña Paredes, among others. It is a network that includes politicians, unionists and officials, whose names not only appear in the files reviewed by Magistrate Beatriz Biedma.

This is indicated by the newspaper THE OBJECTIVE.
But they are also pointed out by sources familiar with these facts due to the ease with which they obtain employment in the Legislature. All thanks to the mutual support that exists among them.
For months, EDATV has been receiving data about these "clans."
It is noteworthy, according to these same sources, the support they provide each other in the courts, reaching positions as presidents, members, holders or secretaries in different bodies. Some even participated in the evaluation of David Sánchez.
In this environment, close relatives manage to access positions with exceptionally high qualifications. Some of which have been challenged in court.
A recent case is that of a civil servant's partner, whose appointment was annulled by the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura. Now, amid the scandal related to David Sánchez, the Legislature of Badajoz has chosen not to appeal, according to the consulted sources.
