Ayuso's Boyfriend Will Sue Lasexta Cameraman Who Hit Him on the Head
González Amador will report what happened after presenting a medical report.
Ayuso's Partner Suffers a Blow from a Camera Outside the Courthouse. Alberto González Amador, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, suffered an incident on Monday outside the Plaza de Castilla Courthouse. This occurred when a LaSexta camera hit him on the head.
The businessman, who had attended to testify in the context of a tax fraud investigation, decided to exercise his right not to testify following the advice of his lawyers. It was upon leaving that he received the strong blow to the head, which he will report after presenting a medical report.
The incident occurred while González Amador was leaving the courthouse without police protection and heading toward a vehicle. Amid a large media presence, a camera filming in the opposite direction struck his forehead.
LaSexta explained that the cameraman tripped over a lamppost while walking backward and when he stepped forward, he hit Ayuso's boyfriend's forehead with the camera.
The absence of a security detail has caused criticism, especially in comparison with the extensive police deployment provided in November for Begoña Gómez, wife of President Pedro Sánchez. This occurred when she attended the Madrid Assembly. On that occasion, the operation included seven vans and at least 50 riot police officers from the National Police.

González Amador left the courthouse joined only by his lawyers and surrounded by journalists. This made it difficult for him and the cameraman to see, who failed to control the equipment, causing the blow that left a visible mark on his forehead.
Ayuso Speaks Out After Her Partner Was Hit by a LaSexta Cameraman
Díaz Ayuso has denounced the lack of security measures at the courthouse, stating that her partner was "attacked by a cameraman" and did not hit himself accidentally. The Madrid president has described the incident as "unacceptable".
Additionally, she has blamed the Government Delegation for not having established a protocol to ensure his access and exit from the building. This, despite the anticipation of a large media presence.
In her statement, Ayuso criticized that "an ordinary citizen has to leave with his forehead as he did after being hit". She also questioned what would happen if a similar situation affected a minister's partner or an advisor to Pedro Sánchez's government.
Furthermore, she insisted that the investigation against González Amador is "a political trial" and assured that her partner was willing to testify. But he did not do so on his lawyer's recommendation, considering that the situation prevents him from defending himself adequately.
According to Ayuso, the case is a "political persecution directed from Moncloa". This, with the participation of institutions such as the State Attorney General's Office, the State Attorney's Office, and various political parties.
