Aldama's accusation against Koldo involving the Treasury
Koldo is said to have commented within his circle that both he and the businessman could be arrested at any moment
Koldo is back in the news. This time, Aldama is involved again, as the businessman has pointed to the former advisor of Ábalos.
The businessman claims that the investigations into his activity could have originated, in part, from an anonymous leak to the Tax Agency. He also points to Koldo García as the main person responsible for this leak.
This is confirmed by Vozpópuli. Supposedly, the businessman suggests that the investigations could have arisen, in part, due to a supposed "anonymous" leak to the Tax Agency.

Supposedly, this leak would have occurred at a time when the relationship between him and Koldo García had already suffered several clashes. According to the media and as Aldama points out, Koldo would have commented in his circle that both he and the businessman could be arrested at any moment.
The discovery of the judge investigating Aldama
The judge in charge of investigating the hydrocarbons scheme has made a relevant finding that supposedly involves high-ranking officials of Sánchez's government. This has been confirmed by Okdiario, which points out that the magistrate has discovered the disappearance of WhatsApp messages on the businessman's phone. It is claimed that these messages were sent by high-ranking individuals in the socialist Executive.

The computer experts from the National Court were the ones who informed Judge Santiago Pedraz, of the Central Investigative Court number 5. According to them, several messages from Aldama's device are not accessible due to a "problem with the keys." Meanwhile, the businessman has assured that his phone contained key information about the PSOE.
For months, the Central Operative Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard has been analyzing the electronic devices seized in the searches related to Aldama. One of these reports, included in the summary of the Koldo case, would have revealed that the businessman maintained relationships with influential figures. Both nationally and internationally.
The investigation also determined that Aldama performed diplomatic functions for Pedro Sánchez's government, despite not being part of the official administration. The agents concluded that his level of access and influence within the General State Administration was considerably high.
This discovery had already been anticipated by Aldama himself on previous occasions. The information had been reflected in a document he sent to the courts and to which this media had access. In it, he expressed his willingness to continue collaborating with Justice.
